In an effort to allow the community to view policies and proposals before the Board takes a vote on them, such proposals will be listed on this page.  Community involvement and opinions are essential to a fully functioning Homeowners Association.

The following items below are draft documents and subject to change by there very nature.  As revisions are made by the sponsor, the documents below will be replaced.  Items below will be voted upon at Board Meetings unless indicated otherwise.
