• Board approves budget - The Board unanimously approved the budget

• New Board Elected - At the Annual Meeting the community elected Alan Haga, Mark Hershfield, Nicole Randall and Mike Tedschi to serve on the Board. The Board is still in need of three new members.

• Board releases lake report - The Board received the following report from the lake task force.

• Board approves street light plan - The Board unanimously approved the recommendations of the Street Light task force (minus a light that cannot be installed on Canal Run Dr.). The plan removes 7 lights and puts 3 lights in the original section.

• Board approves Gravel Lot Forestation Plan - The Board unanimously approved a plan to partner with the County to put 300 trees in the gravel lot area and the area behind it. The tree specification list is here and the map is here. The Board selected Hawkins to excavate the gravel lot area.

• New Board Elected, ballot question approved - At the September 25 Annual Meeting the community elected a new Board composed of Brandon Cohn, Charles Bridgers, Gene Stanton, Mike Crook, Mark Hershfield and Robert Hoskins. The community also by a vote of 49 to 17 expressed support for the implementation of the street light task force report.
